Directions for booking your photo shoot
Please read through the info as it will eliminate any confusion with using the booking software.
As you can clearly see, there's a lot of locations listed.
Select the "Same Location" (pay attention to the date) that you signed up for on your Photo Shoot Registration Form.
After selecting a location, a map of the location, and date will appear on the left hand side.
** If the location you select is towards the bottom of the list, you will need to scroll back up the page to continue with booking your photo shoot. **
This is pretty self-explanatory.
Depending on the location we may have 1 or several photographers to choose from.
Each photographer will offer the same quality experience. No reason to over think the selection. Just choose a photographer and move on to the next step.
After choosing your photographer you will need to select the corresponding date for your photo shoot (we wish this would be done automatically).
Depending on your date, you may need to scroll a bit.
If you need a reminder of the date you should select, just look at the map for the location and you'll see the date listed there.
As you can see, there's lots of times to choose from. Select the time that works for you based on your personal/team schedule.
Every time slot is 5minutes.
If the desired time slot is filled / or the photographer is fully booked, look right above the calendar dates where it says "photographer. Select photographer and choose a different one.
** Note you will need to select the date again. **
Please fill out the information requested. Some things are required.
If there's any additional information you'd like the photographer to know you can mention it in the "booking notes."
After selecting "book appointment" you will receive a confirmation email.
Just simply refresh the page and begin again.
After booking your time slot for your photo shoot you must go back to the form to complete your submission/booking.
